What is PrepifyNow?
PrepifyNow is a digital dental marketplace that connects dentists, clinics, and dental labs with CAD/CAM designers, implant planners, and digital dental specialists.

PrepifyNow is designed for dentists & clinics, dental labs, CAD/CAM designers, and digital dental specialists.
What services are available on PrepifyNow?
Services may include crown & bridge design, implant planning, surgical guide design, digital smile design, denture design, and other digital dental services. Available services may expand over time.
Can I choose my own designer?
Yes. You can browse available professionals and select the specialist that best fits your case requirements.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely through the platform. Funds are held while the case is in progress and released only after the completed work has been reviewed and approved by the client, providing protection for both clients and providers.
Are there any subscription fees?
No. PrepifyNow currently operates on a pay-per-case model. Clients pay only when they submit work, and providers are charged a platform fee only on successfully completed transactions.
How much does PrepifyNow charge?
PrepifyNow charges a 15% fee on completed transactions from service providers. Clients are charged a small platform fee of $1 per transaction. There are currently no subscription fees, allowing users to pay only when they use the platform.
What files can I upload?
PrepifyNow supports common digital dentistry file formats, including STL, PLY, DCM / DICOM, ZIP archives, and images and supporting documents.
Can dental labs use PrepifyNow?
Yes. Labs can use PrepifyNow to access additional design capacity, outsource specific cases, or connect with specialized digital experts.
Can designers work remotely?
Yes. Designers and specialists can provide services remotely from anywhere they are eligible to use the platform.
What happens if revisions are needed?
Clients can communicate directly with the provider and request revisions before approving the final delivery.
Does PrepifyNow manufacture restorations?
No. PrepifyNow facilitates digital services and file delivery. Manufacturing remains the responsibility of the clinic, lab, or production provider.
